How to return
Contact us via email at bar@foroli.store or through our form. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions and a return code. The code can be printed directly at the drop-off point, so no printer is needed at home. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging before sending it back.

Return cost
– Right of withdrawal: return shipping is on us.
– Faulty or incorrect delivery: all costs covered by us.

Refund
Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used at purchase.

Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, such as razor blades.
