All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee exact matches due to screen differences.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in local currency where available, and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Order confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when the item is shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified or in the event of suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver worldwide. Shipping methods, times, and costs vary depending on the destination. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Foroli is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

We offer 30 days of free returns from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:
✓ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✓ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Exceptions: Personalized or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact bar@foroli.store for instructions. Once the return is approved, you will receive shipping guidance and a refund to your original payment method.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.

8. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) at bar@foroli.store with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

9. Personalized items

Personalized or engraved products are made uniquely for you. Once production begins, orders for these items cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless defective.

10. Promotions and discounts

Occasional discounts, promotions, or coupon codes may apply. Such offers are valid only for the period specified and may not be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

11. Privacy and cookies

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data collected during your purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foroli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or system failures.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting bar@foroli.store. If not resolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Sweden or, for EU consumers, through the Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or our business operations. The updated Terms will be published on foroli.store with a new effective date.
